Remix: Clockwerk by Adam Wrigley
thingiverse
This is a remake of the legendary Clockwerk by Adam Wrigley.\nRemix 1. My printer is too small for the large Bowl (181 mm), so I redesigned it to consist of three parts instead of two.\nThere are two versions available - one with standard teeth and one with conical teeth.\nI built the one with conical teeth because I thought it would run with less force, but I couldn't see any difference.\nHowever, it was easier for my printer to print the conical teeth, so I ran my Clockwerk on conical teeth.\nYou can make a test print. Lower the z-position in the slicer until only 10 mm is above the build plate.\nIn this way, you won't waste as much time and filament on a test print.\nRemix 2. If you prefer conical teeth, you'll also find the CapGear with conical teeth available.\nRemix 3. I like to have the Clockwerk on a table, so I designed a small pulley.\nTo do this, you'll need:\n-x1 roller bearing 10x3x4 (outer diameter, inner diameter, width)\n-x1 M3 screw 16 mm long\n-x1 M3 nut\n-x2 M3 washer (on each side of the bearing)\nThere are some self-intersecting surfaces in some of the files, but there should be no problem slicing them in Simplify 3D.\nI hope it will work with your slicer.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n Kossel mini\n \n Rafts: \n Doesn't Matter\n \n Supports: \n No\n \n Resolution: \n 0.2 mm\n \n Infill: \n 20-30 %
