I redesigned the cover to prevent cheaper 40mm fans from hitting it by elevating the center by a precise 1.5mm. Additionally, I added some clearance for the outer part of the blades, which sometimes made contact as well. The inner ring is now elevated 1.5mm and the outer ring stands at 3mm.
