Remington Rodeo Chainsaw Starter Recoil Part 753-06974

This is an obscure and and odd part that perhaps no one will ever search for or print, but I designed it myself in OnShape because I couldn't find any aftermarket or even used parts online. Remington switched the the Outlaw model to replace this Rodeo model I believe, but I love the saw and knew I could create and print the same part once I saw it was just the smaller spool with the teeth that could come out and be replaced. I made one iteration that didn't have correct fillets on the back side of the teeth, and was torn to bits when the flywheel started. This version has been installed and verified to work awesomely with correct clearances and starter engagement. Use 100% infill and PETG as a minimum. I know this saved my chainsaw, so I hope it might do the same for someone else by rare chance! Enjoy Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill: 100 Filament: ERYONE PETG Gray Notes: I used Prusa Slicer and selected supports from base plate only option with 100% infill and 5 perimeters to increase the wall strength of the teeth.
