I am highly doubtful anyone else will find this model useful, but just in case, here it is! The threaded insert on my electric razor broke off and fell down the drain, making the entire unit useless. Since it's probably 15 years old at this point, replacement parts are impossible to find so I fixed it myself! The set screw is luckily M2 threaded, so I was able to use a heated insert into a small printed part to solve the problem. This is best printed with a .2mm nozzle, and the lowest layer height possible. Even with a .2 and .08 layer height, it only takes a few minutes to print. Here's a link to the inserts but full disclosure, I did get my set for free. This is not an affiliate link and I do not receive anything if you order them, I just like having a set like this: https://a.co/d/5PHqg5P 9/3/24 Update: Added a .step file, had to rebuild the file from the .stl because I never saved the original, but it's good enough. V1,1 is just a re export after the rebuild, should be basically identical. Also updated the cover photo.
