A low-poly 3D model, game-ready and featuring previews rendered with Iray renderer, is tested in Unity 5.5. It comes with real-world size measurements (in millimeters), uses quads and tris geometry without n-gons, and has appropriately named objects and textures. The objects are logically linked and grouped for reality-based positioning. Included formats are .fbx and .obj, along with standard and Unity textures. There's also support for Unreal Engine 4 and PBR textures. Backgrounds and scenes from previews aren't included, and textures need manual loading.
