Remington D3015 Nozzle

This nozzle replaces the original Remington D3015 hair dryer nozzle. After years of use, the original nozzle was loose and came off during use. The new nozzle also replaces the original plastic ring that held the case together in the front and takes advantage of both mounting mechanisms to hold the nozzle in place. *Tolerances* The mounting mechanism requires high printing accuracy. Before attempting to print it, printing a calibration cube is recommended. Alternatively, the print can be aborted as soon as the mount attachment is done to be able to do a test fit without producing excessive filament waste. In case of Cura, adjusting "horizontal expansion" might be required to match the design dimensions. *Installation* Given a level dryer and nozzle, the nozzle must be tilted by 45 degrees so that it can slide into the mount. Once fully in, it must be locked with another 45 degrees rotation.
