While I've created this design from scratch myself, it's essential to give credit where credit is due since the inspiration for this design came from Chris_KMN's Kral single shot tray. If you have a Kral, be sure to check it out as it works flawlessly and is 1000 times more user-friendly than the stock version. This single shot flip tray is specifically designed to fit the Remington Airacobra. Although I don't own the rifle myself, I was asked if I could create one for a friend, so I made this design available. The tray was thoroughly tested by me during the development process and also by the rifle's owner after the final version was completed, with no issues reported. To assemble the tray, use a piece of 1.75mm filament as the hinge and glue or acetone weld it into the tray body only. I've only printed this design in ABS, so I can't comment on the suitability of other materials for this project. PRINT INSTRUCTIONS For ABS printing, increase all axes by 1% to account for shrinkage. You may need to adjust the print temperature and printer settings depending on your specific printer model. To start printing, rotate the tray body so it's standing on its base. It's recommended to print at a layer height of 0.1mm for optimal results, but you can also use 0.2mm if needed. Supports are advised but not required; all my prints have been made with slow speeds of 30mm/s and 100% infill, so feel free to experiment with different settings. You may need to touch up the holes on the tray body with a needle file if they don't appear perfectly round after printing.
