Here are a collection of various sized headgear supports to help stabilize the headgear band sizing that accommodates head sizes from small to large by referencing the distance between the strap, ranging from 40mm to 100mm. To achieve the best fit, I recommend inserting these supports in the bands so that they match the configuration shown in the picture against your head. When printing, make sure to orientate the STL flat on the bed and print both pairs at once. Depending on your specific printing conditions, when you remove them from the bed, you will notice the supports have a slight natural curve that should be aligned with your scalp when attaching to the straps. You may need to try out a few sizes to determine which one works best for you. I suggest starting with a new headgear strap and as the head gear stretches over time, use the Remed clips on the side to incrementally tighten the headgear.
