grabcad
This machine from the late '90s was designed using Autocad, modeled by Mechanical Desktop a few years later, and currently animated by Inventor. The "three-shaft form-programmed" device controls its movements to guide ice cream-shaped work pieces continuously fed in six rows onto a perpendicular conveyor, reorganizing them into twelve at once. The chain pins, driven by a six-tooth sprocket, carry a cart with the ability to move up and down on the pins, controlled by the bearing joint at the bottom of the cart. This movement occurs along a forced trajectory with two slopes, allowing a sledge to slide sideways on a horizontally playing shaft, fastening separate stock to both the cart and sledge. The bearing on the inner forced trajectory moves the shafts and sledge, determined by runner transmission's relationship. To see more, visit korezon.hu/visual/barta.
