Reloading Powder Cup

This is my first 3D design. My brother reloads ammunition. One of the tools he uses is a Hornady Auto Charge. He asked me to create a better 'Powder Pan'. There were a couple of goals. 1 - A handle 2 - Pour spout 3 - A notch to allow easy to/from motions without disturbing (bumping) the 'feed tube'* *My made up word, not sure what it's really called.
