Reloading Case Gauge Holder
thingiverse
I hold my case gauge snugly in place inside this tool that clips onto the unused die hole of my trusty Dillon 550. Since I rely heavily on the RCBS dies that efficiently crimp and set with a single motion, I'm fortunate to have reduced my loading process down to just three stages. I envisioned a scenario where having a case gauge easily accessible at all times would save me from searching around in mid-cycle when time is of the essence. As you manually move the handle on the fourth stage, the design permits a bullet to rest at the bottom of this very convenient holder while it nestles safely into position. Primarily tailored for 40S&W ammunition, I intend to order another unit designed specifically with the 9mm in mind. Although the small, subtle angles that reach 45 degrees in my configuration were calculated with the thought that support wasn't entirely necessary - much like some intricate architectural design concepts, these elements have worked beautifully as they can easily print without a second look on my equipment settings.
