A relief of a lavishly decorated sarcophagus catches the eye at the Museum für Abgüsse Klassischer Bildwerke in Munich. This museum showcases an impressive collection of classical paintings and sculptures. It presents a vast array of sculptures from Greek and Roman antiquity, spanning over seven centuries - from the 7th century BC to the 5th century AD. This remarkable object is part of "Scan The World", a non-profit initiative launched by MyMiniFactory. Through Scan The World, we are creating a digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks and landmarks from around the world for public access at no cost. Scan The World is an open-source community effort. If you have unique items nearby and want to contribute, email stw@myminifactory.com to discover how you can participate.
