Relief Sculpture Depicts Olympia Temple of Zeus. The massive temple dedicated to Zeus stands as the largest in the Peloponnese, renowned for its flawless execution of Doric architecture. Constructed by Eleans from spoils of the Triphylian war, it was finished before 456 BC. Libon of Elis designed the structure; however, the artist responsible for the pediments remains unknown. This sculpture is displayed at the Museum für Abgüsse Klassischer Bildwerke in Munich, a museum showcasing classical paintings and sculptures. It features works from Greek and Roman antiquity spanning the 7th century BC to the 5th century AD.
