Quick design, no fancy textures, should print by default at 25.3mm^3 (just under 1" cubed). No supports obviously, but needs at least some infill for the arrow to print right. If you found this, probably just use whatever settings you went with for Tev's cubes (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4960318).
