This is a relay box for 1 channel relay modules such as the one shown at https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/cfqvVNhe. To assemble it, you will need four 18mm M3 machine bolts. Attach the AC side of the relay module to the bottom portion and clip it into place. Then screw the top piece in securely. Now hook up some jumper wires from outside and you're ready to go. I uploaded two versions of the top piece - one with an inlay and one without.
