Relaisbox for 2 Relais Module and LVM2596
thingiverse
This is a straightforward housing for a 2-relais module and an LVM2596 voltage converter. Many versions of those relais modules exist, with my own coming from Tongling as the manufacturer, featuring screw holes arranged in a rectangle measuring 46x33mm. An additional screw hole accommodates a luster terminal (screw joint with isolation) to connect inner and outer cables, while the box has some space for cables and wires. Everything is secured using M3 4 or 6 mm screws. The box features two large holes for mains cables and two smaller ones for electronic cables. A design goal was to enable everything to fit inside without requiring the electrical connections to be undone or redone, so the holes are not round but instead go straight from top to bottom, allowing some air circulation. I considered adding slide-in bezels but decided against it, leaving this as an option for remixes. Another potential improvement could be something to secure cables at the entries. The walls and cover are 2mm thick, while the bottom is 1 mm thick, providing sufficient stability although you can adjust this if needed since the freeCad sources are included. This whole design is somewhat parametric, meaning you may need to manually adjust some details after changing the width, length, or height of the box. Some reason Thingiverse won't show the .stl in the preview pane so I added some photos instead.
