Reisenthel laundry basket rod ends

The Reisenthel laundry basket is not bad at all. The problem is, that after a short time of usage the rods pierce through the fabric pocket. We accepted that for a long period of time. But since the hole was getting bigger an the rods could not be pushed back into the pocket any more, a solution had to be found. I created some rod ends to prevent piercing throug the fabric. On the lower end a simple but effective "plug". On the upper end a fixation to the basket ring. To apply the upper part, you have to put a hole into the strap. I burned mine withe a soldering iron - but be warned - not the best idea - maybe you find a better solution to put the hole in ;-) You have to determine yourself if the rods have to be shortened a little bit. I did not, but it is a tight fit now. Since my english is not the best, i will stopp now describing it. Just have a look to the pictures...
