This is a small reinforcement bar for the E3DV6 Full Metal head.\r\nTwo M4 bolts of 25mm and two nuts must be added to this part.\r\n\r\nWhat does it do?\r\nWhen using the E3DV6 head, sometimes the M4 bolt that holds the turbine loosens, and the turbine can fall on the plate.\r\nThis bar provides a second point of fixation for the turbine and prevents it from falling or detaching.\r\nBut also: The head, in use, emits noises and vibrations... this bar reduces the noise and vibrations caused by the turbines.\r\n\r\nNote:\r\nThe bar is 65mm long, which is the spacing between my two turbines.\r\nPlease check carefully the distance between your two turbines.\r\n\r\nIn my case, I printed the bar in ABS. However, PLA or PETG can also work well.\r\n\r\nAdditional information:\r\nThose who wish to can also use this bar to attach a small LED tape and illuminate the printing surface.
