After completing delukart's 2020 Y upgrade for Wanhao Duplicator i3, Cocoon Create, Maker Select, and Malyan M150 i3 3D printers, I adjusted the belt tension to both extremes. This revealed that the PETG bracket could flex slightly when the stepper pinion was pulled upwards at a similar angle to the belt route. Consequently, I decided to thicken the part of the motor bracket facing the rear of the extrusion and add extra mounting points for added security.
