I added a bevel to the edges where the straps attach, and it made all the difference. My PLA prints were breaking at those sharp corners, but now they hold up like a charm. This simple modification solved the problem completely. I was having issues with my 6-strapped setup on my 200x200 print bed, but this tweak has given me peace of mind. As it turns out, this SLT comes in four different lengths to fit all sorts of printing setups. With six straps in total, I'm confident that my prints will come out perfectly flat and secure.
