Here's a video of it skating: https://streamable.com/5im9a The skateboard is printed in three parts and can be comfortably printed on any platform 22 x 22 mm or larger. Two 350 mm long pipes, each with an 18 mm diameter, run through the skateboard to provide reinforcements. The bottom features an area for a laser cut insert, which looks cool, and this piece can also be handmade using any material desired. I originally planned to make the wooden laser cut piece out of frosted acrylic using my school's laser cutter. However, after cutting it, I realized that the engraving was lighter than expected, making it difficult to see well. Instead, I used a piece of wood found in my school. The pipes were discovered in my basement and cut to size for use. For the actual print, I employed my Ultimaker 2+ and printed it in three parts. Due to my decision to switch from an acrylic bottom plate to wood, the recess in my model was not thick enough. This is why I created a spacer piece that attaches to the back two screws to keep the truck level with the other one. If you choose to make this, simply rescale that piece so it matches your material. You can likely purchase all of these items at your local hardware store for significantly less than what I paid.
