Reinforced Intex Skimmer Arm

First, thanks to the creator of the original arm. Unfortunately, it wasn't rigid enough. The one I printed in PETG 'stretched' and became misaligned on the frame rail. This one has extra material to help hold the arch in shape. I also added features to the threaded holes to hopefully make them easier to print. I still recommend 'chasing' the 10mm threads unless your printer is really dialed in. I broke that bolt a couple of times (before I made the last edit to the design). V10 adds a bit more of reinforcing to an area that has started to crack on v9 since I installed it.
