I tried Netfabb but couldn't get good results with that. Updated V2 STL (11/30/20) 1) Increased Clamp Bar Length - Helps To Avoid Corner Cut Increased length of clamp bars to prevent rounded corner finish cuts. 2) Added Built Pads Between Glass And Screw YOU MUST PRINT 2 MIRROR CLAMP PAIRS Added built pads for buffering between glass and screw. I've tested several prints with a heated bed set at 110C and these pads (printed in ABS) will hold pressure without issue if printed. Keep in mind I no longer need to remove the glass/PEI board or manually level the bed. 3) Lowered Screw Holes For Better Alignment Lowered holes for better alignment of screw on the glass. 4) Adjusted Hole Sizes For Shrinkage Adjusted hole sizes to compensate for shrinkage. You can now use it immediately without part preparation! Based On Original Design By Austingeorge Reinforced Clamp To Avoid Flexing Increased hole size to 3mm and increased thickness to keep screws as horizontal as possible. Print With ABS Then Use A 1/8" Drill Bit (or 3mm) For Wide Enough Holes Optional but advisable: replace metal screws with nylon ones so the glass is pressed against gently. Also: Use a drill bit or a hole saw for ensuring proper size after printing. You can also consider replacing metal screws with nylon ones. It is easier to carve with a knife, you can find them on Amazon. The screw will have enough pressure without causing damage. Cut A Small Piece Of Nylon Cable Tie Between Screw And Glass (optional) Place a small piece of nylon cable tie between the screw and glass. This works well for me as I've glued a PEI plate to my glass. Thumbwheels To Make Adjustments Easier This is an optional feature and you can choose your own design from Thingiverse. There are many great ones available. After installing this, auto-bed leveling, and a PEI board, my printing routine became almost frustration-free.
