Remix of glass bed corner holders created by Aerlith_Kinspirit, with enhanced re-enforcement along the back and tabs projecting further than the original design. These parts were printed in SUNLU Black PETG, requiring a light sanding on each tab to ensure a snug fit with the glass bed. The added thickness helps account for potential warping over time. This design allows easy removal of the glass bed and keeps corners clear of the extruder. I used original clips for about a year, which were printed in PLA before warping occurred. Paper shivs had to be inserted between the clips and the glass bed to prevent movement. PETG's higher glass temperature than PLA should help resist softening on inner corner edges. Thicker edges may also contribute to this benefit. The modified bed features a three-screw setup instead of four corners, making leveling much easier. However, fast y-axis movements cause the bed to wobble more frequently. Adjusting acceleration might alleviate this issue, but for now, slower printing is used.
