I wasn't thrilled with the extruder bracket that came with my Geeetech Prusa i3b, so I decided to design a more rugged one instead. The reinforced bracket should yield significantly better print quality because it will vibrate much less than its predecessor. Print the bracket using ABS and 100% infill. I recommend ABS over PLA because it won't melt as easily, and 100% infill will make it as sturdy as possible.
