I beefed up the design by thickening the walls and plates significantly. The base now has fins that greatly enhance its rigidity. The USB hole is gone, as every FC setup is unique. The edge snappers have been optimized for optimal force dispersal. It's about 25 grams heavier, but still performs well with the extra weight. I'm running a 4s battery and 4045 tri-props without any issues. You may need longer screws to attach your motors properly. Design tweaks are ongoing.
