I upgraded the Eachine E010 Frame whoop by fortifying the supports between and within its turbine areas. The reinforced structure was printed in PETG and ABS, with the transparent version crafted from PETG showcasing a slightly better finish and increased strength. Further enhancements will be achieved through sanding and applying a two-part epoxy to examine potential improvements in flight performance and overall durability. Print specifications are as follows: Printer Brand is Prusa, utilizing the Prusa Steel model. Rafts were not employed during printing. Supports were enabled for added structural integrity. The print resolution was set at 200 microns, with an infill density of 90%.
