REINFORCED AIRSOFT TAPPET PLATE V2 GEARBOX (FUNCTIONAL)
thingiverse
After rigorous testing, I am happy to say that this tappet plate is suitable for use in a V2 gearbox. I have fired slightly over a thousand rounds on it and have noticed no signs of wear or cracking. I printed mine in PLA so I assume that an ABS plate would be significantly stronger. For reference, my AEG fires 16rps at 360 fps. Print Settings are VERY IMPORTANT for this print. For best result, use the recommended setting. Assembly: Remove Supports Disclaimer: This part is designed for airsoft use only. Feel free to contact me with any questions. 3D PRINTING SETTINGS Printed using CR-10S/ Filament Type: PLA or ABS Printer Settings: Layer Height: 0.1(mm) Shell Thickness: 0.8(mm) Top/Bottom Thickness: 1.2(mm) Fill Density: 100% Print Speed: 75 (mm/s) Nozzle Temperature: 225°C (If ABS, increase temp. slightly) Bed Temperature: 80°C Supports: Yes; Everywhere Additional Notes: For the best result, print the part exactly how it loads in.
