Reinforced A8/AM8/Prusa i3 X-Axis Tensioner
thingiverse
The part was a bit finicky to put together due to the hole being printed too small, which made it tough to get the nut into place. Once I had it on the printer and tightened down, the pulley mount snapped under pressure. To rectify this issue, I've beefed up the top, bottom, and left edges by 1.5 mm, making the nut trap a whopping 0.5 mm larger so that you can fit the nut in with ease without cracking the tensioner at that end.
