Just uploaded a brand new bracket for 20x20 profile and I'm confident it will also work perfectly for 20x40 since the inner gap remains the same. If you need any modifications on this model, just let me know and I'll be more than happy to make the necessary adjustments. This bracket was created using Onshape, and I'd be happy to create similar models if you have a specific request!
