Reindeer christmas card kit easier pop-out

I'm making some tweaks to the shink's reindeer card:\r\n\r\n* Removed intersecting bodies to make it cleaner\r\n* Made pop-out easier - now even kids can do it without pliers!\r\n* Wider head cut for better visibility\r\n\r\nNote that there's no chamfer at the bottom, but a few damaged facettes remain. The slicer will take care of those in a flash!
