I'm sharing this in case it helps someone else out there who needs a similar solution. The kit includes the 25mm extension piece that I needed, as well as a mapped-out leg piece and a small section of the adaptor. With Tinkercad, you can create the high needed piece and then group everything together before exporting the design as an STL file.
