This specially designed lens housing is tailored to fit the Pentacon 2.8/29 electric multi-coating perfectly. It can also be installed on similar Pentacon 2.8/29 auto models. This unique lens with a focal length of 29mm has one major drawback - it's not sharp at its widest open aperture (f/2.8). However, I believe it's a useful lens that's very affordable and ideal for taking close-ups since it can shoot up to 25cm. To ensure stability and durability, filter adapters (55-82mm step-up rings) were used because creating a reliable filter thread with 3D printing proved to be extremely challenging. Moreover, M5 grub screws were employed to secure the rehousing firmly in place.
