This thing was created with Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/hup97w9uKth. I suggest printing with 4 or more layers and using an infill of 50% or higher for the screws. For the nuts, 3 layers and 25% infill should be sufficient. These parts have performed well on my gate for six months now, despite one nut being lost in a move. Simply screw them on until they look snug, but avoid overtightening. All screws I printed with 20% infill eventually broke off at the threads due to over-tightening, while those printed with 50% infill are still intact. If your screws do break off at the thread, you can easily remove the threaded portion from the gate by jamming a screwdriver into it and carefully twisting it out. Alternatively, use pliers to grip and twist it. Be aware that you'll likely need to use tools to remove the broken piece, as it may not be possible to do so by hand.
