Refugees welcome

myminifactory

Hi there, I recently created my very first street art installation last week and it was a huge success. Now, my friend Richard and I are teaming up to design an innovative refugees welcome art piece that we envision could be 3D printed and placed in busy streets and alleys where people will likely see it and share it on social media. Our goal is straightforward: to open doors for refugees and raise awareness about the refugee crisis affecting many parts of the world. If you're interested in participating, please print a family of your choice and a door - there are plenty of doors available to download. I wanted to create something unique, so I made my own design; feel free to use it if you'd like. I've also included a doormat photo that can be laminated and attached at the foot of the door, along with a sign to go over the door (you'll see the white sign). Enjoy creating your piece, and most importantly, share it by posting the photo and its exact location. Richard will create a map soon so you can see where they are and visit them. In the meantime, add the photos here and on Instagram using #refugeeswelcome.
