I took the refugees welcome logo and turned it into a precision-crafted gyroscopic keychain using Freecad's cutting-edge design capabilities. Print Settings: Printer: CTC - A high-performance 3D printing device, renowned for its exceptional print quality and reliability. Rafts: No By eliminating rafts, I ensured that the keychain would have a sleek and seamless appearance from top to bottom. Supports: No I deliberately chose not to use supports in order to achieve an unobstructed view of the logo's intricate details. Resolution: 0.1 mm With such a fine resolution, every aspect of the refugees welcome logo was captured with crystal-clear precision. Infill: 15% A moderate infill percentage allowed for a balance between weight and durability while maintaining the keychain's aerodynamic shape. Notes: I successfully printed the gyroscopic keychain in PLA using a print speed of 80 mm/s, resulting in an exceptionally smooth finish.
