As my old fridge's shelf had given out due to brittle plastic, I came up with a solution that wouldn't break the bank. A new shelf was pricey, costing 40EUR for something as basic as plastic, so I built a part that could be glued together instead. It works like a charm! My Zanussi ZI1641 fridge is where this part came from, but it should fit other models just fine too.
