Ideally, you should first place the clips on the grid until you hear the "click" and then attach the hive-type grid to the clips. The fasteners are designed to be printed at once, they have enough separation to detach, with patience. They need some support. The slots in the clips where the rods of the fridge tray are embedded may not be useful. Better print one out and check.
