Reflow Oven Controller Case

Reflow Oven Controller Case

This is a case for a PID-enabled reflow oven controller based on an Arduino Pro Micro. The Project's GitHub, where you can find code and PCB design, is located at https://github.com/0xPIT/reflowOvenController. Inside the project, there is space for a 1.8" LCD display, one rotary encoder with a built-in button, a separate reset button for the MCU, and a 3mm LED to indicate when the SSR is being turned on by the MCU. The main case has a mounting surface at the bottom, allowing you to create custom mounting solutions based on your needs. I used the flexible arm of an old lamp to make the controller freely movable. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! BE CAREFUL WITH HIGH / LETHAL VOLTAGES! All high power and high voltage electronics should be mounted inside the original oven case. Make sure to use a completely isolated power supply for the Arduino and ensure that any exposed metal is connected to protective earth. I decided to route signals from the LCD, buttons, etc., through the arm and leave the Arduino on the PCB. If you build this project and want to give something back in return, I'd be extremely happy to see a post under "Makes"! Here's an example display: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32263827143.html
