RefloLeo is a SMD toaster oven controller that recently secured funding via Kickstarter. Created by John Kicklighter, it allows for precise temperature control of toaster ovens, with settings saved on an SD card. I purchased the controller, which arrived promptly, and constructed a case for it. While the case was great, it couldn't be screwed together, so it required gluing. John, if you're reading this, consider adding fixing holes for mounting purposes and swap the reset switch with a tactile button switch like this: http://bit.ly/GCm4LF. For improved visibility, use a 90-degree LED, 0805, to illuminate the keypad. More information about John's project can be found here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1034145369/refloleo. To assemble the top and bottom cases for heat bed printing, follow these steps: print the top case with the top to heat bed, and print the bottom case with the base to heat bed. Wire connectors into the RefloLeo controller (thermocouple, relay, and fan, if applicable). Place the PCB inside and align it onto the bottom base. Drill holes for terminal screw access, if desired. Apply hot melt glue along the bottom case edge, attach the top cover, aligning with the LCD, and start using your controller!
