As a DIY enthusiast, I couldn't find a commercially available reflector for my Bridglux Vero29 SE COBs, so I took matters into my own hands and designed one from scratch. It attaches snugly onto 160 mm predrilled pin heat sinks, making it a perfect fit for the COB. To ensure a secure hold, you might want to print the reflector at 101% of its recommended size. I've been experimenting with printing the reflector in PLA, and so far, I've had zero issues with overheating or melting near the COBs. My Veros are running at an impressive 80W each without any active cooling, and the temperature of the heat sinks is a comfortable 50 °C. If you're interested in measuring the PAR values, I'd love to see your results – it'll be great to compare our findings!
