Refined Respirator Mask

Wanting to do my part as much as I could to help anyone in my locale I printed one of the mask sets from the thing link but this was taking too long on my small 14cm build plate. So i decided to have a look around and came across another free file that has remixed the same file that was now in 3 parts. However this still posed a problem for long print time even on low settings so i decided to remix that in to 2 parts that would print at the same time in half the print time - now 2hr. As the front cap no longer removed i needed a way to remove the filter block so i decided to cut a little area inside the filter area that could just be accessed and the filter cap popped off whilst also keeping the area solid to keep the cap in place and the filter still. I printed these at 13cm for adults, 11cm for Junior and 9cm for toddlers. Finishing Material round the edge of the mast for comfort is a silicone waterproof seal that i got off Amazon.
