You can find the improved V2 of this printer here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3863140 \nA corexy printer designed with ease of assembly, maintenance and use in mind. All rods on the build can be easily removed without taking apart any parts that hold them from the frame. \nI am continuously updating the parts lists below and the models of the parts as I try new parts and improve existing ones.\nThe printer build uses 2020 extrusions to keep costs low, while building a solid printer. \nThe current plan is for a 300x300x300mm build volume. You can use any parts you want to adjust the volume, but any bigger than 400x400x400 is not advised due to the parts designed for 2020 extrusions.\nUsing 2020 extrusions is required, otherwise the parts won't fit!!\nThe full list of all parts needed to complete the build will be provided shortly after the full build is ready and tested.\nPlastic Parts to print:\n2 x Z Motor Mounts\n8 x Z Rod Holders (pick the right version for 8mm or 10mm rods)\n1 x Left Y Motor Mount (V2 part)\n1 x Right Y Motor Mount (V2 part)\n1 x Left Y Rod Mount (V2 part)\n1 x Right Y Rod Mount (V2 part)\n8 x Bearing Standoffs\n1 x Endstop Clicker\n1 x Endstop Mount for Y-axis\n2 x Bed Mounts(set)\nList of Parts you need:\nParts for the 300 model (300mmx300mmx300mm):\n2 x 450mm 2040 extrusions\n6 x 450mm 2020 extrusions\n4 x 500mm 2020 extrusions\n4 x 300mm 2020 extrusions (for mounting the bed)\nThe total I paid for extrusions is £115, but you can find them cheaper ~£60, especially if you can cut them to length yourself. \n2 x 10mm 450mm smooth rods £25.30\n2 x 10mm 430mm smooth rods £24.20\n4 x 8mm 400mm smooth rods for Z axis £31.60\n4 x LMH8LUU 8mm Linear Bearing for Z Axis £22\n2 x 8mm Lead Screw 370mm for Z axis £15\n12V 280W 300*300mm Flexible Silicone Heating bed £18\nPSU £30\nParts for the 400 model (400mmx400mmx400mm):\nFor the 400 model, just add 100mm to all of the extrusions, rods and lead screws.\nCommon parts for both versions:\n5M GT2 Belt and 2 Pulleys £14.50\n8 x Igus Drylin LM10UU Bearings (you can use regular 10mm bearings but these are quiet) £15\n1 x Arduino 2560 £6\n1 x RAMPS 1.4 £6\n5 x DRV8825 Stepper Drivers £5.10\n5 x NEMA 17 Motors (2 driving the bed can be long ones with higher torque) £40\n1 x E3D v6 Full Metal (Can be either bowden or direct, 1.75mm/3mm, your choice) £52\n1 x E3D Titan Extruder (Need 2 for dual color and an extra NEMA 17!) £59\n10 x F623ZZ Flange Ball Bearing Shielded 3 X 10 X 4mm £18\nConnect with me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/641612192699533/\nPrint Settings\nNotes:\n Choose your print settings. I recommend PLA for all parts due to its rigidity, making a very solid printer.
