This is the front wheel holder of Reely Cyclone RC model drawn in Fusion 360, printed successfully with no support structure using ABS material. PETG works just as well. Next, drill holes and cut M3/M4 threads. That's it. If you're curious about the larger fillet underneath, know that it helps print a smooth surface even without support. It's a compromise, but one that pays off in the end. The latest version of this part addresses some inaccuracies with axis positioning and includes a bigger hole for the universal joint.
