Reely Core XXL Buggy - Right Steering Axle
thingiverse
I was unable to locate a suitable replacement part for my Reely Core XXL, so I had to take matters into my own hands and craft one from scratch after breaking my right steering axle. Fortunately, creating the necessary components wasn't too complicated. Here's what you need to do: **Update V2:** The updated design should now be more effective at performing its intended function. To successfully assemble this component, start by heating up the ball screw until it becomes pliable and then carefully push it into place within the plastic housing. **Print Settings:** For optimal results, use the following settings when printing out this replacement part: * **Printer:** CTC 3D * **Rafts:** No need for a raft, as this component will sit flush against the surrounding surface. * **Supports:** This design is self-supporting and doesn't require any additional structural assistance. * **Resolution:** Set your printer to 0.2mm resolution for maximum detail and precision. * **Infill:** For added strength and durability, aim for an infill percentage of 50%.
