I fabricated this replacement part for my Reel-to-Reel tape recorder after it broke down. This is actually the second version of the component. To ensure precise alignment and balance of the wheel, I heated it up using a hot air gun. The curve was an experiment that ultimately proved unnecessary, as I ended up using metal screws instead of printing the part. A spring was strategically placed in the middle to provide additional support.
