It's unanimous, the BQ spool is not very practical to use. So I took the initiative to create a new support but with rollers. So just put the spool on the rollers, no matter what size there is nothing to adjust. Nothing very complicated. You need 4 shoulder bearings 10x5x5 and 2 threaded rods 5mm x 123mm. The whole is printed at 200 microns and 15% with PLA BQ. Screw the threads of the supports with a screw of 5. The axis holding parts must be carefully deburred so that they do not become jammed during assembly. Notes: If your wire gets stuck, the coil may fall onto the tray. It remains to imagine a security to overcome this problem. In the meantime, we sell replacement glass. The support slightly exceeds the front of the printer, which slightly disturbs the cable guide when the head is very high. In fact I could back the reel but by increasing the cantilever or decreasing the flanges of the rollers. This compromise should not pose too much problem even for a piece of 180mm high.
