Starting from the LGBU model that I find a little bit right for a 2.5Kg reel of 300mm diameter, I created this model a little bit bigger and bound for more support. IMPORTANT the width being fixed, I started from a 100mm wide reel. I have provided holes at the connections between the 2 bearing parts for a future adaptable pulley support for an easier return of the filament in the desired direction. To be continued ...
