A reduction of - from a tube with an outside diameter of Ø38.5mm to a hose with an inside diameter of Ø31.5mm is required. It involves reducing the return hose of an Intex pool. The seal used is from the Intex pump, which is also included in the pool's delivery package. The reduction is printed with FliaFlex40 and secured with a hose clamp on the 1 1/2" tube, sealing due to the flexible material. On the other side where the Intex hose with seal and hose clamp is attached, a PETG support sleeve is inserted from the inside, as otherwise the clamp would crush the reduction. Without the support sleeve, either the hose does not hold or the connection is leaky.
