I'm thrilled to be working with the ReDuplicator and the MK3 based fan shroud featuring the Titan Aero. However, I've encountered a problem - the fan shroud is too low and consistently drags my prints off the bed. To solve this issue, I've remixed the Titan Aero mount to lower the extruder assembly by 3mm, effectively lifting the fan shroud 3mm above the bed. This modification has worked exceptionally well and ensures that my first layers are no longer ruined. What's more, it was surprisingly easy to implement and guarantees seamless compatibility with future fan shrouds. I highly recommend printing both the fan shroud and extruder mount with high-temperature filament - preferably a color that doesn't absorb heat. In my experience, using black PETG for the original fan shroud resulted in warping after I printed ABS at 110C on the bed.
